     Thanks to all parents and guardians for checking homework and signing planners each night.  I have many activities planned for the upcoming year, and I hope your child will enjoy each one.  School should provide a positive learning environment and be a happy time for every child.  Your child is unique and has his/her own special personality, and I believe it is important for each child to be successful.  One of the most important goals I desire for your child is for them to discover their strengths and to develop a wonderful self-concept of themselves.
